Fillix runs your aseptic fill line closed-loop. It holds micro-tolerance fill weights on shear-sensitive biologics without foaming, splashing, or a gowned operator reaching in to change a setpoint.
The problem
Why this station is so unforgiving.
Aseptic filling lives at the edge of physics. Fill weight has to hit micro-tolerances while pumps drift with viscosity, temperature, and tubing fatigue.
Overfill wastes drug substance worth millions. Underfill fails the dose. And every manual weight check puts a gowned operator inside the isolator, which is the top cause of contamination and Annex 1 findings. The fill experts who tune this by hand are scarce and aging.
What Fillix does

Fillix senses fill weight, foaming, meniscus, and pump state at line speed, predicts drift before it shows up in the reject bin, and adjusts pump and peristaltic parameters to stay on target.
You set the autonomy level, from advisory to closed-loop, and every action lands in a Part 11 audit trail. Overfill, underfill, and gowned interventions drop toward zero.
