Simura is the digital twin and synthetic-data engine underneath the whole suite. It simulates the line before you run product, and it generates the rare-event data that trains every other Sterira agent.
The problem
Why this station is so unforgiving.
Fill-finish teams commit million-dollar batches on craft-based setpoints, with no way to test fill parameters, lyo ramps, airflow, robot paths, or inspection settings first.
The rare events that matter most, the CCI failures, cake collapses, and contamination excursions, never happen in enough volume to train reliable models. So process development stays slow, conservative, and expert-bound, and every new product or container starts almost from scratch.
What Simura does
Hit spec before the batch.
Simura simulates filling, the freeze-dry cycle, contamination airflow, robot handling, and inspection, so the line converges on spec in silico before a single vial is filled.
It also generates labeled synthetic rare-event data that trains Fillix, Vistra, Lyovex, Asepta, and Roboq. It is the shared substrate the whole ecosystem learns on.
