Robotic handling station

Roboq

Gloveless aseptic handling that removes the operator.

Roboq drives robotic tray, nest, and lyo handling inside the isolator, so the gowned interventions that cause most contamination simply stop happening.

The problem

Why this station is so unforgiving.

Every gowned operator and every glove intervention inside a Grade A isolator is the single largest contamination risk in fill-finish, and the hardest to remove.

Tray and nest handling, tub loading, lyo load and unload, in-isolator manipulation: most of it is still manual or fixed automation that can't adapt to a changeover or a delicate container. The robotics talent that can program validated aseptic motion is scarce, and rigid cells don't generalize across the suite.

What Roboq does

Gloveless aseptic handling that removes the operator.

Roboq drives robotic aseptic handling and gloveless manipulation, and it is trained and validated in Simura's Isaac-Sim twin before it ever touches product.

It adapts to containers and changeovers, coordinates with Fillix, Lyovex, and Vistra, and moves with contamination awareness from Asepta, all under a Part 11 audit trail.

One ecosystem

Roboq is one station of the Sterira suite.

Roboq is validated in Simura before deployment, consults Asepta for contamination-aware motion, and serves the fill, lyo, and inspection stations.
