Inspect & release station
Vistra
See every particle, crack, and seal.
Vistra is the visual inspection agent that catches real defects at line speed, without scrapping the good, million-dollar units that manual recipes throw away.
The problem
Why this station is so unforgiving.
100% visual inspection is the last gate before release, and it is where good units go to die. Particulates, cosmetic defects, hairline cracks, and closure breaches all have to be caught at line speed, across glass and polymer, on turbid biologics.
Recipe tuning is sampling-based and expert-scarce. Over-reject and you burn million-dollar units. Under-reject and you risk a patient and a recall. The rarest defects barely exist in enough volume to train on.
What Vistra does
See every particle, crack, and seal.
Vistra senses and predicts particulates, cosmetic defects, cracks, and closure integrity at line speed, and it explains every reject in terms QA can audit.
It trains on Simura's synthetic rare defects plus the largest real defect-image library in fill-finish, so detection goes up while false rejects and manual recipe tuning come down.
Capabilities
Built for the inspect & release station.
Multi-defect vision for particulate, cosmetic, and crack detection, plus CCI prediction at line speed
Fewer false rejects, with a grounded, auditable reason attached to every decision
Synthetic-augmented training for rare defects, and per-product recipes
Review by exception for humans, with continuous golden-dataset evaluation
Part 11 audit trail and connectors for AVI machines and MES
At a glance
Where Vistra runs, and for whom.
Recurring SaaS that lands on one station and expands across the suite and the fleet, on a paid pilot measured against a hard reject, deviation, or yield metric.

Vistra is one station of the Sterira suite.
Vistra learns from Simura's synthetic defect data, receives filled units from Fillix, and shares closure-integrity signals with Lyovex.
